Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Scooter
Ensure the scooter is clean, deactivated from any mobile apps, and securely packed in its original heavy-duty VMAX box with all manuals and chargers included.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
